The procedures are carried out in according with the guidelines specified within BS7858 (the code of practice for static guarding and patrol services) and BS7858 (The code of practice for security screening of personal employed within security environment.)

It is our normal procedure to recruit new employees from within either the security industry itself or other associated industries such as, Police Force and Military.

During a 60-day probationary period, we provide intensive in-house and on-the-job training. When developing a security plan for a new client, we
take great care to match a security officer’s
specific traits and skills with the demands and responsibilities of the job.
